Your support is critical. Please make your year-end, matching gift today.
A group of generous Mercy Corps donors has contributed to our Matching Gift Challenge Fund to encourage people like you to match their gifts. Our goal is to raise $350,000 in matching gifts by December 31.
When you give today, your gift can match the support we’ve already received and help us make twice the difference in the lives of people we serve – people like Olena from Ukraine.
For nearly two decades, Olena has worked as a primary school teacher in a small town in eastern Ukraine, where she lived with her husband and daughters. Following the invasion of Ukraine, her family was displaced from their home and her husband suffered wounds from an explosion.
Olena and her family are just some of the millions of people forced to flee as a result of the war in Ukraine. Today, with cash assistance from Mercy Corps, she has been able to pay for some of the medical expenses for her husband’s surgery and purchase food and warm clothes to prepare for the winter.
You can help support our critical humanitarian work in 40+ countries by making a gift to Mercy Corps’ Matching Gift Challenge, helping us start the new year with the resources we need to nurture possibility for all.
