How do I update my contact information, payment method, or communications preferences?

You can update your information by reaching us at monthlygiving@mercycorps.org or (888) 842-0842 M-F, 8am - 5pm (Pacific Time). We care about your privacy, so please do not send your credit/debit card or bank information via email.

We’re committed to using your gifts wisely, so you might be interested to know that giving by bank transfer is the most efficient payment option. It keeps our processing costs down and makes your monthly gifts go further. To set up an automatic bank transfer, click here or contact us directly.
 

What are other ways I can help families in need?

From signing a petition to throwing your own fundraiser, or giving from a donor-advised fund to making a planned gift, there are many ways to make an impact. Discover other ways to get involved here.
 

How will I receive a record of my tax-deductible gifts?

We’ll mail an annual statement around February to help with your taxes. If you wish to receive an itemized record of your gifts, contact us at monthlygiving@mercycorps.org or (888) 842-0842 M-F, 8am - 5pm (Pacific Time).
 

How do I change the amount I give or cancel my monthly gift?

You can increase, decrease, or cancel your monthly gifts at anytime. Simply contact us at monthlygiving@mercycorps.org or (888) 842-0842 M-F, 8am - 5pm (Pacific Time).
 

Will my employer match my monthly gift?

If you work for, or are retired from, one of the many companies with a matching gift plan, your gift to Mercy Corps can have twice the impact. See if your employer matches gifts to Mercy Corps.
 

Does Mercy Corps share my information?

In order to increase our base of support and keep our costs low, Mercy Corps sometimes exchanges a segment of our list of postal addresses with other carefully selected organizations. We will not sell, rent or trade your email address to a third party. Will my gifts be used wisely?

Yes. Mercy Corps has long been recognized as an excellent steward of the resources entrusted to us. Over the last 5 years, we have used 86% of our resources for programs that directly help people in need.
