Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps in Kenya is seeking a consultant to conduct a marketing and promotion activity for the GCF: Climate-Friendly Cooking Technologies in Kilifi. The objective of this assignment is to stimulate demand for climate-friendly cooking technologies, such as improved cookstoves, at the community level, leading to an increase in sales and adoption of Improved Cook Stoves (ICS) by households. This will involve using various strategies to transmit key communication messages to stimulate interest in the purchase of ICS by households, as well as collecting feedback from the public outlining key observations, learnings, and recommendations that will lead to greater adoption of climate-friendly cooking in the country.
