Mercy Corps is seeking a Consulting Firm that can carry out the final evaluation to assess SAFER & PACE program results and objectives as illustrated in the program proposal, to provide opportunities for stakeholders including beneficiaries to give us feedback, and to identify lessons learned for future programs.
