The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team are seeking exceptional firms and organizations willing to support remotely or travel on assignment to provide support at various stages of the program cycle in one or several of the following areas: 1.) Value for Money, Cost-benefit / Effectiveness Studies 2.) Impact Evaluations 3) Program Evaluations, Mid-term Evaluations and Baseline / Endline Studies 4) Formative Studies, including but not limited to Gender, Equality and Social Inclusion (GSEI) analyses; political economy analyses, and market systems assessments.
This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for monitoring, evaluation, and research firms or organizations interested in being evaluated to receive future MER projects. Mercy Corps invites all interested parties to please follow the instructions found in the RFQ document attached below.
